When you reach target heart rate zones as guided by coaches at our studio, one hour of work provides countless hours of increased energy and metabolism. Sticking to your Orangetheory schedule through the holiday hustle and bustle can make it easier to get through all the busiest days of the season—not to mention all those holiday treats and snacks.
